Dispatch and Delivery

A fixed delivery charge of £2.00 will be added to each individual item purchased.

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

All items are dispatched by private courier and delivery times are estimated. Items will be dispatched after payment has been received and is dependent on stock availability. The estimated delivery time is not guaranteed and is based on the availability of your item/s, how quickly we can obtain and assemble the item for dispatch and the time it takes to travel to the destination address. Please be aware that there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays.

Please wait 3 days after the estimated delivery time before contacting us about your missing item/s. During this time we ask that you;

1. Confirm your delivery destination address (‘My Account’ > ‘Customer Orders’ > ‘Details’)

2. Check your local postal / sorting office

3. Check with neighbours.

Late Delivery

If you have placed and order and have yet to receive your item/s, you should first check the order status by visiting your ‘My Accounts’ page and selecting the ‘Customer Orders’ tab. If you can’t find the order within the ‘Customer Orders’ tab, it could be that you did not place it. If this is the case then please check your ‘Basket’ and place the order again.

If your order hasn't arrived 3 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll do our best to locate it.

Missing Item/s

If you have missing items it could be that you did not order that item. To check your order please visit the ‘My Accounts’ page and selecting the ‘Customer Orders’ tab then the ‘Details’ button.

It is possible that we have sent the item/s in a separate delivery, due to availability and/or package size. You will only be charged for the agreed delivery amount as dictated when purchased; no additional postage charges will be added.

Damaged Items

If you receive items that have been damaged in transit you may return them to us within 30 days of receiving the said item. Please see our returns policy.

If you receive a defective item please refer to the warranty. It may be quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so they may be able to rectify the problem for you. Please refer to our returns policy if you wish to send the item back to us.

Incorrect Items

In the event that we send you incorrect items please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the problem. When returning the item/s to us please ensure they are packed safely and securely and that the correct return address is used.

Details of Your Order

To check the order status, visit your ‘My Accounts’ page and select the ‘Customer Orders’ tab.

Pending: We are awaiting payment confirmation of your order.

Processing: Payment has been received and your item/s is awaiting dispatch.

Complete: Your order has been dispatched.

To view further details of your order, such as your billing or delivery address, visit the ‘My Accounts’ page and selecting the ‘Customer Orders’ tab then the ‘Details’ button.


 

Our Returns Policy

You may return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days from the date you received the item/s, with any seals, shrink wrapping and labels intact. We will either issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or exchange the item/s, as soon as possible, to the same address. Our returns policy applies to your exchanged item from the date you received the said exchanged item.

Please ensure the safe return of your item/s by packing safely and securely.

Our 30-Day Returns Guarantee

If your are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item/s to us, in its original condition. We must receive the item within 30 days from the date you received the item/s. The item/s must be unopened, with any seals, shrink wrapping and labels intact.

We will accept the return of opened items as long as they are faulty or damaged on delivery. We reserve the right to send back the items you have returned. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Our 30-day guarantee applies to your exchanged item from the date you received the said exchanged item.
